Alamance Pregnancy Services was established many years ago as Precious Child Family Services.  It completely changed hands and became a part of Piedmont Rescue Missions, Inc. in January of 1999.  APS provides a balanced message of hope and help to young women with unplanned pregnancies.  We provide each young woman with available options and offer confidential counseling and support.

• Post-Abortive Counseling

• Adoption Options

• Abstinence Education

• Baby Clothes

• Baby Furniture

• Formula, Diapers, Bottles, etc.

• Doula and Parenting Classes

• Bible Studies

All services are offered free of charge.

Funding:  No state or federal funds are requested or received.  We rely totally on the gracious partnership and support of churches, individuals, businesses, and organizations that share the vision of reaching out to those in need. All donations are tax-deductible.
